Join Director & Ceremonialist, Natasha Áine, in a sacred initiation into the realms of energy medicine. The lineages that flow through the sacred waters of the Grove are Usui & Holy Fire Lineages. In this initiation, you will be learning the wisdom of Reiki Level I & II, while also exploring concepts and activities around tuning into your dominant psychic senses, which are likely already active within you. As we progress in this journey, you will come to understand how your intuitive channels are involved in your relationship to Reiki and your Guides.

In these intensive trainings, we can connect virtually working online, in-person in various locations across Canada & Internationally, or experience a new hybrid course of both virtual & in-person. Usui Level I is taught over 5-6 days (22-30 hours) and Usui Level II is taught over 4 months (30 in class hours + a work-at-your-own-pace e-book on “How to Build a Thriving Reiki Practice”, which involves approximately 8-10 hours + ceremonies and additional Reiki events within our course time). All course options offer sacred space, ceremony, community engagement, interactive learning, as well as additional study and mentorship through assignments, presentations, case studies, and one-on-one check-ins via zoom or over tea in the Grove.

Reiki Level I - SHODEN - Student

Initiation & Mentorship

In Level One, SHODEN, you are initiated into the flow of Reiki - the birth of a new Healer - and reiki resonates through your body, DNA, thoughts, patterns, and alights within you a hollow bone for universal energy to flow through always. In level one you are encouraged to become the healer of yourSelf, looking curiously & reflectively within, allowing Reiki to flow wherever it is needed. When personal and spiritual growth begins, that is the sign for initiation into level II OKUDEN.

What you will learn

  • What is Reiki

  • The purpose of Reiki

  • The history of Reiki and it's lineage

  • 12 basic hand positions for hands-on healing

  • Ethics and teachings around treatment and client relationships

  • Traditional Reiki techniques such as: habit healing, Reiki circles, marathon and group reiki healings.

  • How to offer Reiki to objects, spaces, food, water, plants, animals, and humans

  • Self healing and growth methods involving meditations and self-practices

  • An intro to the Clairs (psychic senses)

Reiki Level II - OKUDEN - Practitioner

Attunement & Mentorship

In Level Two there is a physical opening of your subtle bodies, and with this experience, you will feel the expansion of both your intuition and your ability to heal. With initiation into level two, you will receive three attunements: handing you the responsibility to carry these three symbols and their true names with grace, integrity, and devotion. These symbols will become your healer for a time, until they become a known spiritual tool for healing beyond space and time, resolving psychological and emotional energy, and bringing focus to places and spaces. With level II comes the ability to practice Reiki on others as a practitioner, continuing your journey as a Healer. In Intuitive Reiki Level II you will also continue to develop your dominant psychic senses and how they guide you in the evolution of your Reiki practice. In completing Level two Reiki, you will fine tune your ability to channel wisdom and insight, and learn how to more confidently and ethically share your gifts and Reiki with your clients and community.

In Level II you will…

  • Be given three more attunements

  • Learn three new symbols

  • Learn how to provide distance healing

  • Learn how to provide mental/emotional healing

  • Expand your skills and awareness of your dominant psychic senses

  • Learn how to augment your reiki flow

  • Learn 6 Traditional Reiki Rhoyo Techniques

  • Learn 3 Major Western Techniques

  • Become a clearer channel as you continue using self-purification and growth techniques

  • Begin healing past karma and avoid creating future karma

  • Learn how to discover the origin of disease and treat at the source

  • Be able to share the benefits of reiki with a larger group of people

  • Begin to realize that health naturally restores when mental and emotional balance is re-established

  • Learn how to further develop your dominant psychic senses and ability to channel wisdom and insight in a safe and ethical practice
